Tools: a single task, well executed.

Beyond the blueprints, I build independent tools. Each one is a protocol to solve one concrete problem in your day to day; you don't need to have read anything first. Direct applications, ready to use.

What You Seek in Others

Some questions about other people won't leave you alone: how they think, how they live, why they're like that. You research them for hours, and it's never enough. What you want to know and how you look for it are two different things. Separating them lets you change a search that's costing you without letting go of the question, and shows you which part of the answer was never in them.

From a dark house, a search goes to three neighboring houses with their lights on and comes back empty-handed. Three steps bring the question back, and the window of the person's own house lights up. The gestures cross the gap from one side. The door belongs to the person affected: they can open it, leave it ajar, or keep it closed.

Tool or blueprint?

The blueprints trace the architecture of your mind and relationships. The tools are tactics for resolving a specific point of friction today. Two doors into the same structure.

One source of friction from that map becomes a protocol: repairing after causing harm. You can use it today without reading the book.

Privacy · KelXR

Your data stays with you

Covers kelxr.dev and its subdomains, except products with their own privacy policy. The site stores theme and language preferences, and the RAIM reader stores its state in your browser. Visits are measured without analytics cookies.

Theme

The theme you choose (system, light, or dark) is stored for one year in the kelxr_theme cookie, shared by kelxr.dev and its subdomains.

Language

When you switch languages, the kelxr_lang cookie stores your choice for one year, also shared by kelxr.dev and its subdomains. If you have not chosen one yet, the server uses the language requested by your browser.

Reading in RAIM

The reader stores your position, recent visits, highlights and reading settings in this browser’s local storage. The site does not send that state to a server or sync it across browsers or devices. In Aa → Local data you can choose what to keep, export or import a file, and delete the saved state.

Visits

Cloudflare delivers the site and receives connection data for each visit, such as the IP address and requested path. Web Analytics measures visits and performance without cookies or fingerprinting. Details are in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
